Council engaged with the Woombye community during November 2020, this revealed Woombye wanted to :

• create an attractive and vibrant town centre
• tell Woombye’s Story
• improve pedestrian experience and provide convenient parking.

Revised plan will be available for community input shortly, construction mid 2022

With a $1.55m budget (inc $500k State Govt funding under the SEQ Community Stimulus Program). The WCBA has engaged with Council’s place team sharing feedback from business owners, community groups and residents. The WCBA lodged a submission read here.
